I. The Social Contract
Welcome to the Von Michelle Winter Adventures platform. By accessing our winter fishing game and arctic environments, including the Arctic Angler and Frozen Waters Quest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
This is an online fishing sanctuary designed for social entertainment. Our simulations, including the Tundra Catch and Ice Hole Master modules, are strictly for personal enjoyment and atmospheric exploration.
1.1 Usage Eligibility
Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Your adventure in our fishing world is subject to compliance with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
1.2 Platform Conduct
Respect for the environment and the community is paramount. We prohibit harassment, exploitation of simulation mechanics, and the use of automated systems to manipulate the Glacier Reel leaderboards. We reserve the right to suspend any participant who disrupts the digital silence and integrity of our expedition.
II. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property
All visual designs, simulation code, weather patterns, and the proprietary Glacial Reel mechanics are the exclusive property of Von Michelle Winter Adventures.
- Virtual Currency: Any tokens, points, or cosmetic upgrades earned within the interactive fishing simulations have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency or physical goods.
- Mobile Fishing Integration: Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access our platform on mobile devices for recreational use only.
- Simulation Content: Recorded gameplay and screenshots may be shared for non-commercial social purposes, provided proper credit is given to the Von Michelle platform.
Governance Note
We prioritize atmosphere and "ice-depth" immersion. Our simulations are based on arctic environmental patterns but do not provide professional fishing certification or real-world safety training.
III. Limitations & Scope
Von Michelle Winter Adventures provides simulations "as is" and "as available." While we strive for atmospheric veracity, we do not guarantee that the winter fishing game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for any technical failures, data loss, or emotional distress resulting from your participation in the Frozen Waters Quest. Users are responsible for their own internet stability and hardware compatibility.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
